How do Vodguk review items work?
All Vodguk items work with amazing simplicity:

What is NFC and how does it work?
NFC is "near field communication" technology that allows communication between an item and a compatible device (usually a smartphone) when they are in close proximity (a few centimeters). The technology is the same as in bank cards.
What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code is a type of QR code that can be edited and updated after it is created. Unlike static QR codes that contain fixed data, dynamic QR codes can be changed to redirect to different URLs or display new information without needing to recreate the code itself. This approach is used in all Vodguk service items, allowing users to quickly reconfigure links from QR codes through the Vodguk service.
Can I change the link to my business?
Absolutely! You can update the link to your review page at any time. Log in to the Vodguk service in your personal account and change the link to your preferred option.
How to activate and configure an item after receiving it?
Activating an item is quick and simple, taking no more than 1 minute:
— Register with Vodguk.
— Go to the "Items" section in the left menu.
— Click "Add item" in the top right corner.
— Enter the code specified on the item (it is unique for each item).
— Specify the link to your business on the desired source (copy the link from the maps service).

What is usage analytics?
Usage analytics provided by Vodguk allows you to track the usage of any of your Vodguk items—whether it's an NFC chip tap or a QR code scan. Detailed usage data for each item is presented in your account as an interactive graph, providing valuable insights into customer engagement and interaction.
Are there any usage limits on the items?
No, there are no usage limits on our Vodguk review items. You can use them as often as necessary to collect valuable feedback from your customers.
Are Vodguk review items compatible with all types of smartphones?
Vodguk items are designed for compatibility with most modern smartphones equipped with NFC and QR code scanning capability. This ensures that a wide range of customers can easily tap the item or scan the QR code to access your review page.
Which platforms are supported?
We support popular international and local review platforms. In addition to Google and Yandex Maps, you can direct customers to 2GIS, VKontakte, and any other platforms where you collect reviews. Simply set the desired link in the item settings.
